No Nonsense Fitness provides a range of Health and Fitness Advice, Activities and Services, Designed to help individuals improve overall health and well-being. Particularly those who already have pre-existing medical conditions, Orthopaedic conditions, chronic illness and mobility issues and Women who or are pre or post natal. Even if you do feel well, you will still benefit from the classes and workshops.
Improve people’s health and well-being to help people feel better about themselves and feel comfortable in a mutually supportive environment. Helping to increase people’s self-belief, confidence and motivation. Enabling them to be more self-managing, when it comes to looking after their own health and wellbeing needs and help them to improve opportunities for work and keeping well at work. Working with and helping the local community to get fitter and healthier.
Grow company, increase the number of people using the services and put packages in place that can be put out to the wider community and people who cannot attend classes and workshops. Any profits will go back into the community to increase/improve services and classes. Reduce health inequalities, practically those who are from disadvantages backgrounds and improve people’s socio economic circumstances.
Providing fitness and health advice that is easy to understand and can be done at home or outside on an affordable budget. People who are less likely to use a normal health club can utilise the services and classes are welcomed in a safe and secure environment. Helping reduce the reliance on the medical professions, by giving people the confidence to start to take charge of their own health and wellbeing.
